Front LED turn signals with smoked lights

First two pictures have small stock bulbs. The rest have led small and big bulbs. They look awesome! I love the look.

The bigger bulbs (brightest) will not stay on like in the picture. They are the blinkers. The outside smaller bulbs would with the headlights on.

Is there a way to get them to alternate between white led and orange led as they flash? In some states not flashing orange would make them illegal including the one I live in.
