I seem to have that same problem Ba02GT. I have had a 2007, 2008, 2010, and now a 2012 in the last few years but I really like my current Stang so I may stick with it for a while.

Correct!  They were not very well know, but so popular with those that saw them that some decided to make some more... Since the originals aren't being made anymore.  I was lucky enough to find a guy that had bought a bunch of them up from ford a couple years ago and picked 2 up off of him.

As for the car, it is under the knife right now, everything is getting fixed and installed... finally be able to get rid of that brace on the pumpkin that makes my exhaust hang weird.... and the whole new gauge set up I think is gonna look nice, clean and like it should have been from the factory if ford did that sorta thing...lol  The shift light is being hidden so I'll only see it when it goes off...new pullies and the latest versions of the battery covers should be done in a day or so, and really looking forward to having a badass sound system to listen to on longer cruises... now I just have to figure out how to download music on to a usb thingy...  The new coilovers and full tilt boogie bushing kit when paired with that big aluminum pumkin brace/cover will help stiffen everything up and carve corners even better then it did before....also throwing in some low pro IRS bolts... being that there is a new and even bigger surprise with the car I hope to unveil at Props and Ponies...fingers crossed on that one... if people thought I was a bit crazy and had car modding issues before.... wait for it. ;) :D

Here is the Boss Gal's first Mustang mod. We're gonna put these in her project Snow White, along with a HID kit from RPM Member "Racingtheburg"s company Custom HID Kits and then take the car to Brand X for tinting all the lights and windows.

The halos are CCFL so they will look good with the headlight tint.

Germeezy and I had chatted about opening up the lights, and painting all the black the same white as the body color... What do you think ??

I think if you're going to tint the headlights, leave it black so it works well with the tint.

If you paint them white inside than you would not tint the lights.
I want a car so violent that the mere thought of full throttle would cause a heart attack. That actually going wide open throttle in would result in nothing less than instant death!

Well, once i've had, just framed it for appearance sakes.

The other one is something called a "panhard bar"  and apparently it'll help me "go round corners"
Why the fuck anyone would want to do that is beyond me.  But, hey, it looks cool, right?

I bet his 331 cubic inch blown motor thinks your 281 cubic inch naturally aspirated motor is cute as well!

Yes it was. With an Eddy Current dyno and the Mustang Dyno software, I can do vehicle road-load top speed simulations. I had it set for a standing mile test. It's not a perfect test because the dyno will load based on inputed aerodynamics. I used the Ford Racing aerodynamics for the FR500 so it's pretty close.
