Supercharger
« on: July 31, 2011, 12:08 PM »
I bought a 2011 Mustang V6 last October and have had some custom work done, including:  after market sound system with navigation, satellite radio, all new speakers (including two trunk mounted 10" subs), hood struts, cold air intake, lowering springs, wheel spacers, Corsa exhaust pipes, HID head and fog lamps, car alarm and window tinting.

The next two items on my wish list are a supercharger and stainless steel brake lines.  Any advice or suggestions on those two items would be most appreciated.  Thanks!

i recommend using www.americanmuscle.com, they have EVERYTHING you need, and you can call them up and ask them anything. All their stuff is quality, and free shipping i use it alot for my 2000 mustang gt.

Supercharge that beast but don't go over albs of boost or you will be done. Vortech makes a kit for it, go hit up Jason @ 281 Motorsports tell him you are an RPM member and he will give you step by step on what you need to do. I recommend Headers and exhaust before supercharger add on, if you are adding air in it needs to escape as well. BBK Makes V6 Headers and dual exhaust for your car look it up also add a Lightning 90mm Mass Air before the build it will help the tune!

American Muscle does have a lot... But their prices are a bit high if you search around... I'm not sure how mechanically inclined you are or how much down time you have for a project, but... A used low mileage v8 could be had for the price of most off the shelf supercharger kits. Not everyone is into that, but just a suggestion if power is the goal.
