So I got two little, well one may be major but not all that sure, problems on my hand now.. I was hopng you guys and girls could help me out.

First is an ignition problem or some sort of fuel problem.. bear with me as I try to describe it lol.. So most times when I try to start it, it will turn over but not get ignition.  I have to keep turning it and pumping the gas to get it to kick out life again.  Replaced the fuel filter hoping it ws the problem but it still seems to continue.. My next guess is the injectors, fuel pump or fuel lines.. any knowledge on this is much appreciated

Now second one isnt really a problem but a SUPER annoyance, is on my bumper.  When I bought it, it had this like bump, but I figured it was just the way it was sitting giving it that hump like thing.. but turns out its not and well, it pushes the bumper down giving it an uneven look now.  The hump is under the drivers side headlight.. I was wondering if anyone of you would know how I could fix it, I thought taking a blowdryer to it and drying  bend it back but I don't know if t'll work.. I tried to get the best pictures I could of it, if you need more let me know!
