I will be in Myrtle Beach for at least 1 day of the event, I probably can't spend the night anymore since my friend can't go and split costs with me.  I'm thinking Friday for the car show, but I also want to go to Darlington for drag racing.  We'll see if I can afford both.  Is anyone else going?

I just added a poll to see what you all would rather see, because I'm torn between the drag racing and car show.  This might help me make my decision if I can't afford to attend both events.

Here are a few teaser pics, I will hopefully have the whole album ready by the end of the week.  It is just a very busy time for me right now, preparing for the Fall semester at work, and moving to a new apartment this week.  I will also eventually have a video edited together from Darlington Dragway.



















And what happened to my cooling fan while I was at the drag strip.  For those who don't know: I had to be towed back to Raleigh, NC from Myrtle Beach on Friday evening after the car show.  The fan was hitting the shroud as it turned because it was flexing where that piece of plastic should have been holding it together, so it wasn't safe for me to drive all the way back.  AAA gave me 200 miles free towing, the distance from where I was in Myrtle Beach to my apartment was 199.3 miles.  So free ride back home, the tow truck driver was awesome, and I already fixed my car for a quarter of the cost of what the dealership quoted me.  Win.



And the storms that rolled in that made them postpone the drag racing for about an hour.
